Laser steel rule die board
The laser steel rule die is processed with dedicated equipment into various desired shapes and then insert well-shaped rules into the slit of a wooden board or PVC board, MDF board for printing, packaging and electronic industries, etc.
Laser steel rule die has the following advantages compared with the traditional handmade processes.

Etching die has the following advantages as below:

2. The flatness of the blade is good, the replacement is fast, the mold adjustment is convenient, and the material and time consumed by the test are saved.
3. The dimensional accuracy of the etching die is high, and the tolerance can reach ±0.03; the minimum double tool position can be 0.5mm; several identical products on the same die are close to the same size; the same die is repeatedly produced, and the error is extremely small.
4. The height and angle of the blade are diversified. According to the customer's requirements, the blade can be up to 2.5mm, and it can be made into different angles of 30-60 degrees according to the different angles of the cutting materials.
5. In the face of complex work pieces, a combination of high and low knives can be easily made on the same mold, and at the same time, full-cut, half-cut, toothed knives, and broken lines can be formed at one time.
