1. If the product accuracy is within plus or minus 0.05, it can be considered to use three types of paint baking die-making tools: corrosion mold, engraving mold, and hardware mold;
2. If the product accuracy is within plus or minus 0.1, please use wood mold and rubber plate die-making tools (of course, the other three can also be used, but the cost is high).

The blade surface of this kind of knife die is smooth and the required die-cutting pressure is small. It can easily pass through the viscous material and reduce the problem of cutting-edge wire drawing and fuzzing.
3. Ordinary paperboard includes common cardboard, corrugated paper, etc. Die cutting this kind of paperboard can choose an ordinary laser knife to die (edge angle 52o). If the die-cutting shape is complex, you need to choose a steel rule die-making tool with slightly lower blade hardness and better bending function. In the die-cutting process, if you need a small die-cutting pressure, you can choose a knife die with an edge angle of 42o. Small die-cutting pressure can reduce blade wear and prolong steel rule die-making tools’ life.
From this point of view, we need to consider the service life of steel rule die-making tool.
If the products are in large quantities and easy to press, wood rule die-making tool and rubber plate rule die-making tool shall be used as far as possible;
If the product has high precision and is easy to press, the corrosion mold shall be used as much as possible;
If the product has high precision and cannot be discharged at one time, the engraving die or hardware die can be used to realize integrated waste discharge (because they can be made according to your imagination);
If the product is complex, the QDC die can be used for multiple processes. It is convenient to arrange positioning holes, and the dimensional accuracy of the product can also be guaranteed within plus or minus 5 mm.
