How to make die board with die laser cutting machine& auto blade bending machine?

4 steps of flabted cutting dies making with die laser cutting machine and auto blade bending machine.

1. Die board laser cutting machine for plywood cutting which thickness could be 9-22mm. That depends on which kinds of die board will be made or your requirement.

-Firstly, design a die-cut drawing with AUTO CAD or CDR or AI which you are familiar with then save it in a DXF format file.
-Secondly, turn on the laser machine and PC, start the software Powercut on the desktop then input the cut-die drawing designed well to the cutting software POWERCUT, and set the parameters well.
-Finally, move the machine tool to the specified starting point through a remote-controller, walk along with the frame, see whether the stroke is proper, and press “Start” bottom for cutting. 

2. Auto blade bending machine for cutting rule processing. Auto cutter for creasing line processing.

- Firstly, design a die-cut drawing with AUTO CAD or CDR or AI which you are familiar with then save it in a DXF format file. Same work
like the first step.
-Secondly, turn on the bender machine and PC, start the bending software on the desktop then input the drawing designed well to TSD auto blade bending machine software, setting parameters based on the specs of cutting rules which will be processed by this bender.
-Finally, auto bender start process cutting rule.  automatically.

3. Some manual equipment or tools to modify little angle or arc rule for better mounting into the kerf.

Such as manual bender, manual notcher, manual lipping cutter, manual cutter, etc. Rule puller for pulling and adjusting rule during die plate making. That doesn't mean the auto bending machine could totally meet the process cutting rule requirement.
Especially some complicated drawing dies, small arc and angle,  manual equipment is necessary to modify the cutting rule for better inserting into the die board. 

4. Insert the cutting rule which is processed by auto bender and manual equipment into the kerf which is cut by die laser cutting machine.
