10 Steps for TSD 400watt or 600watt laser cutting machine maintenance

1. Please keep the work surface clean.

 

2. Check the lens is dirty or not before cutting the plywood every day. If the lens is clean, don't need to clean it, and can start to work directly. Otherwise, the lens should be cleaned with lens tissue and 95% alcohol, wait until it is dry then can start work.

 

3. For the chiller device, there is a note on the chiller. Clean the filter no less than 15 days, and replace the water with distilled water every 3 months. If the distilled water is not available, pure water instead every month.

 

4. Check the mirror weekly and clean it with lens tissue and 95% alcohol, wait until the mirror is dry then can start to work.

 

5. The machine adds lubricant with the 68# screw lead oil and the oil pump every half year.

 

6. Clean the laser nozzle weekly.

 

7. Clean the fan every 3 months, otherwise, it will affect the smoking removal effect.

 

8. Please check if there is a closed figure in the drawing before cutting. If there is no bridge position, the board will be cut off and the cutting head will hit the board.

 

9. Clean the dust inside of the dryer every 3 months.

 

10. The laser power source uses dry gas to blow off dust every 3 months.
