1. Fixed laser path, ensure stable optical path.
2. Laser head can be automatically adapted to jagged material, ensuring uniform cutting seam.
3. Large gantry milling and high-temperature heat treatment working table, can be used for long years without deformation.
4. Off-line control system, it's easy to set up cutting parameters on the LCD screen.
5. Sealed laser path and clean environment offer a long-time lifespan for the lens.
6. High effective and optimized exhaust system to reduce smoke during working, and keep a healthy environment.
Common problems and solutions:
1. The upper seam is too large or too small: Make sure the focus position is correct: generally, 0.71MM focal length shows that the distance from board to the lower edge of the drawer of the laser head focusing mirror. The closer the nozzle is to the plate surface, the smaller the slit is.
2. The reverse knife is too large or too small: Check that if the power and speed parameters of each layer are set correctly:the speed is too fast or the power is too small when the bottom is small, and the speed is too slow or the power is too powerful when the bottom is large.
3. Communication error: Check the USB cable of the computer and the board, and connect the device in the software once more. If it still doesn't work, please try it with a network cable. The board has two network cable ports for communication to the control panel and the host computer, and the NET interface should be connected when testing.
4. The small control screen does not light up: Check if the motherboard's network port DISPLAY is connected. Check if the air switch trips, and finally contact us for after-sales.
5. Some places at the bottom can’t be cut through: Check the board while some boards have impurities that cannot be cut by laser. Check the factory voltage is stable or not, and the voltage instability will lead to power instability. The laser power supply or laser tube is damaged.
6. Smoking is not good: Does the fan work? Open the fan cover and clean the fan. There will be a lot of small wood chips inside the long-time working fan.
7. No storage is displayed when loading the file: The memory of the control card is full. Please delete the file.Specifically in the right side of the software interface, and right-click to select delete all files.
8. Control card expired Contact the sales person and ask for the registration code.
9. The gap of the cut is gradually enlarged: Check the lens for oil or water. Drain the water in the air compressor and add an air filter.
10. Cutting misplacement: The first case: each board is misplaced, please check if there is loose screw on the machine table The second case: occasionally a board is misplaced,check if the board is clamped when the laser machine cuts the board. Check if there is any wrong wire contact between the drive and the motor. It is possible that the IC inside the motherboard burned out.
11. The seam of knife is burned when cutting: The laser light is not emitted from the middle of the nozzle of the laser head. Please use small power dimming again at the nozzle.
12. Focusing mirror burn out: The laser is not in the middle of the lens during laser debugging. Cooling is not.
